Unconscious biases and stereotypes shape our decisions, interactions, and daily practices — often without our awareness.
The DEI Department invites you to take part in the Diversity Fresco, a 3-hour interactive and participatory workshop.
What you'll gain
- Explore key diversity and inclusion challenges
- Experience the cognitive mechanisms behind discrimination
- Build a shared vocabulary around DEI
- Discover concrete approaches for more inclusive practices
Format
🕐 3 hours | In-person
👥 Max. 16 participants per session (minimum 6 required for a session to be held)
🎯 No prerequisites — open to all, whether new to or already familiar with DEI topics
🃏 Based on collective intelligence: concept cards, mini-games, group discussions and debriefing
📍 Location: Often in Salle CFJ 28-01-01A — C. François Jacob, 1er étage
