Enable participants to articulate their questions about pursuing a PhD and the relevance of research training for their career.
Encourage reflection on the specificities and added value of a PhD.
Promote the sharing of knowledge and experiences among participants and emphasize the importance of a proactive approach and leveraging one’s network.
