Résumé
I have six years of post-doctoral research experience in the field of malaria, precisely investigation on mosquito vectors and Plasmodium parasites interactions. My post-doctoral research includes a first position at the Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (IRD) of Montpellier from Nov 2013 to Dec 2016 and a second position at the Institut Pasteur-France since January 2017. During my M. Sc (2008-2010; UCAC-Yaounde-Cameroon) and PhD (2010-2013; IRD-Montpellier) I investigated the nature of interactions between Plasmodium falciparum and Anopheles gambiae as main vector of malaria. Previously, I got a B. Sc (2002) and a M. Sc in Biochemistry (2003) Next followed a training as Technician in biomedical analysis (2006-2009). My academic career so far led to (3) scientific papers as main author and (11) as co-author with multiple field works in Madagascar and Cameroon for sample preparation. My ultimate goal is to have a permanent research position which will be a springboard for my future career as a woman in this competitive field. While waiting for this opportunity to be offered to me, I am following a training course in project management

Project: Proteo-transcriptomics of Anopheles - Plasmodium vivax interactions towards identification of malaria transmission blocking targets (Funding: Labex IBEID). The main accomplished goals were:
The design of the experimental protocols and the production of biological samples which implied two missions in the field (2017-2018-Madagascar): parasitological survey for the selection of parasites, experimental infection and preparation of mosquito midguts for RNAseq and Proteomic analyses;
RNAseq analysis with the collaboration of Etienne Kornobis (C3BI-Institut Pasteur)
The Proteomic analyis with the collaboration of Proteomic platform (Institut Pasteur) and Etienne Kornobis-C3BI is underway. We already assessed the experimental conditions suitable for sample preparation in the field in Madagascar. All samples have been prepared in 2018 and 2019.

• Investigation of virulence factors from two E. coli strains (444ST95 and 351ST73) isolated in mosquito midgut: 444ST95 drastically reduces the development of P. falciparum whereas 351ST73 shows no effect when comparing to control group. Experiments were carried out at CPTP
- The E. coli clones isolated from mosquito midguts were compared by associating two molecular typing methods: an “Enterobacterial Repetitive Intergenic Consensus” sequence (ERIC) and a “Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA” (RAPD)-PCR, then submitted for typing by multilocus sequence typing (MLST)
- The detection of the E. coli associated virulence genes was then assessed by PCR
• Setting up the genotyping technique to characterize Plasmodium falciparum malaria parasites haplotypes during infection in mosquito tissues using the Illumina Miseq new generation sequencing (IRD-MIVEGEC).
