I was performing my training as part of the European Master in Genetics at the University Paris-Diderot (Paris VII). I was interested in the genetics and patho-evolution of tubercle bacilli.
In the Integrated Mycobacterial Pathogenomics team, worked on analysing the impact of CRISPR-Cas systems from several mycobacterial species over the horizontal gene transfer between mycobacterial strains.
