The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Department of the Institut Pasteur is pleased to invite you to an afternoon of discussions on svoice, visibility, and the invisibilization of women and minoritized individuals in academic and professional spaces.
Invisibilization remains a major challenge for achieving equal opportunity and enabling everyone's full potential. Through two key sessions, we will offer a dual perspective as well as concrete levers for action at both the institutional and individual levels.

What observations have emerged within our own institution?
An opening session to set the framework for reflection, based on bibliographic references and data collected on the Pasteur campus within the framework of the GEP (Gender Equality Plan).
🟣 RoundTable – 60 min
Making Voices Heard and Strengthening Inclusion: Insights and Action Levers
A two-part discussion:
• What structural barriers and systemic challenges still hinder full equality in academic and professional environments?
Experts will share their insights on power dynamics, persistent inequalities, and institutional resistance to change.
• What concrete individual and collective levers can help strengthen inclusion?
Mentoring, role models, inclusive communication, raising awareness of biases, and more: a discussion focused on the tools, practices, and dynamics that help everyone find (or reclaim) their place and voice in public and professional spaces.
