World Cuisine Workshops - Pasteur Intercultural Festival
As part of the Intercultural Festival organized by the DEI direction, we are delighted to invite you to participate in a unique and enriching experience: the World Cuisine Workshops, led by Kialatok.
Why take part?
This workshop offers an exceptional opportunity to discover flavors from all over the globe while celebrating the diversity that enriches our Pasteurian community. More than just a culinary experience, these workshops are also a way to learn more about our colleagues' cultures through friendly and educational exchanges.
Important:
If you are unable to attend after registering, please ensure to cancel your reservation as soon as possible. This will allow someone else from the waiting list to take your place and fully benefit from this experience.
Program (11 :00 AM – 12:30 PM):
- Welcome and group formation through a cultural game.
- 3 Parallel Cuisine Workshops featuring cold dishes from different cultures, with cultural activities and language learning.
- Take-home doggy bags with the prepared dishes.
Participation and practical details:
- Number of Places: Maximum of 42 participants, divided into three groups of 14 people.
- Languages: Two workshops will be in English, and one in French.
- Location: Modules under the cafeteria
Important Note:
- The dishes prepared are not a complete meal but an experience of sharing and discovery.
- Please inform the chef-facilitators of any specific dietary requirements and allergies at the beginning of the program.
