Workshop led by a consultant from Apec (Association Pour l'Emploi des Cadres), a key player in the French executive job market. To learn more and access other Apec resources and tools, we invite you to create your Apec account (click on "Mon espace" – website in French, free and accessible to everyone).


🎯 Workshop Objectives

  • Identify the skill sets of Ph.D. holders and link them to their scientific career path.
  • Learn to express and highlight your skills in various professional environments.


📋 Program

  • Describe and demonstrate your scientific and soft skills using the SCORE method.
  • Adopt the BPMA method to enhance your effectiveness on the job market.
  • Discover the Apec tools at your disposal.


📌 Participation Details

  • Workshop accessible in priority to individuals participating in the CAREer guidance program.
  • An exercise must be prepared BEFORE the workshop (you will receive an email from the facilitator one week before the workshop date - if you don't receive it, check your spam folder and contact us if necessary: care@pasteur.fr).

  • Language: English (dedicated French workshops are available throughout the year).
  •  Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes with a 15-minute break.
  • 👥 Maximum number of participants: 6 (please unsubscribe in advance on WePasteur if you cannot participate to free up the spot as early as possible for those on the waiting list. Inform the facilitator and put us in copy - care@pasteur.fr).
